All orders will be delivered during the working day between 10 am and 7 pm.

In case of a delivery not possible on public holidays or local restriction, orders will be delivered on next working day.

In rare case of service failure or quality complaint, you can write an email to customercare@soie.in and our team will respond you within 24 hours.

Our team will process a quick investigation on your order and in case of any quality / service failure found, we assure to redeliver your product within next 48 hrs.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
