Job Description:
A complete all-rounder with a strong knowledge of design, fabric, fittings, sourcing, market research, budgeting, and product development along with shoot planning, catalogue and packaging. Should be confident, professional and organised.
Strong computer skills including Photoshop, Coreldraw, Illustrator, Indesign.
Presents and delivers brand right designs that tie back to overall concept and business strategy, encompassing style, color/print, fit and fabric for new product lines.
The candidate will be guiding all steps of the design process, from initial conception to end product.
Must be aware of suppliers sourcing for development of Lingerie, Sleepwear, Active wear and Swimwear.
Analyzing and researching fashion trends to create fresh themes and color palette every season based on forecast.
Follow-up for samples and color approvals.
Conducting fit sessions.
NIFT candidates preferable.

Preferred candidate profile:
• A passion for lingerie design and a strong sense of creativity
• Proven experience as a lingerie designer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of textiles, fabrics, and manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends and consumer preferences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field

• The candidate should have previous experience of Retail Sampling/Production Merchandising in knits preferably and should have proven experience in handling international buyer / customer queries.

• Product listing on marketplaces (Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, AJIO, Tata Cliq etc.)
• Updating discounts and prices
• Queries resolution
• Improving visibility on the marketplaces
• Use data-driven insights to optimize the ecommerce strategy and drive business growth.
• Raising queries and claims, when needed.

Qualifications

• E-commerce experience
• Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the fashion or retail industry, with a focus on lingerie or activewear.
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
