Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return items within 7 days of delivery. Returns are accepted only if the items are unused, unwashed, have original tags attached, and are accompanied by the original SOIE invoice. For hygiene reasons, masks, panties, swimwear, bra accessories (silicons), shapewear, nightwear, and lingerie sets are non-returnable.
Note: Individual items from a multi-pack or a set cannot be returned separately.
Conditions:
- Refunds are processed only after the product reaches our warehouse.
- We may refuse a return or exchange if the item is missing, damaged, or shows signs of wear.
- Free gifts must be returned with the item. If not, the refund amount will be reduced accordingly.
- A Rs. 99 shipping fee will be applicable for a second return or exchange on already exchanged items.
- In case of a COD order, ₹29 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Instructions:
- Place unworn, unwashed items with tags in the original packaging.
- Include the invoice.
- Ensure the package is sealed by the courier in your presence.
Exchange:
Your exchange will be dispatched once the product is picked up.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
