How do I cancel my order?

What is SOIE’s Cancellation Policy?

Once a cancellation request is raised, the order will be cancelled within 1-12 hours of the request being placed if the order hasn't been dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we will not be able to cancel it.

When will I receive my refund?

In the case of Cash on Delivery, there is no refund associated. For payments made via any online payment mode, you will receive a refund into the source account within 2-5 bank working days from the time of order cancellation.
